Our Seminar

Búsquedas Investigativas is a week long research seminar for education scholars and practitioners. Each year with the help of the Association of Cuban Educators, we develop thematic research seminar where we pair U.S. and Cuban colleagues based on the thematic research areas.

Activities scheduled for Búsquedas Investigativas will constitute a full-time research agenda. The general calendar includes activities in throughout the city and province of Santiago. Specific activities will depend on participants' interests. A tentative daily overview for this year's program is highlighted below along with other logistical information regarding the seminar.
