Accommodations and travel in Cuba have been arranged by Marazul Charters.

Tentative travel Package Costs for 2026 Costs:

• $1,025 Double Room In-Cuba Package (per person)

Travel package costs are paid directly to Marazul. The package includes accommodation, all breakfasts in Cuba, visas, airport transfers and bus transport to academic site visits.

Additional Costs:

• $250 registration fee for participants, to be paid in Cuba
• ~$700-850 Flight from home airport to Cuba includes U.S. departure tax, Cuban airport tax and required Cuban medical insurance
• ~$50/day personal expenses (taxis, tips, communication, additional meals, etc.)
• ~$50 for educational gifts to share in Cuba.

All costs above are in USD. Dollars can be exchanged for Euros or Cuban Pesos (CUPs) to be used in Cuba.
